



Today I made a little device which manipulates a video using LDR's. The amount of light hitting the sensors is fed through the Arduino into Max/MSP/Jitter. This then runs it through a series of functions, altering the video. One changes the speed, the less light hitting the sensor makes it go faster. So effectively by moving your hand closer you speed the video up. The other one changes the colour. The closer your hand the more saturated the colours in the video. It's sort of like a video theramin. Here's a video aid to explain;
